Atari Classics Hit PSN

If you’re a fan of oldies but goodies, then Atari have some good news for you friend. They’re bringing their classics to the PSN, starting today.

Missile Command, Centipede, and the always fun PONG are the three titles setting things in motion, with Atari planning to bring even more of their older titles to the newer consoles.

Playable on the PS3 and PSP broadens the potential player base, with John Burns, Vice President and General Manager for Atari Europe saying,

“Many players first gaming experience would have been with one of Atari’s classic franchises…With a fantastic back catalogue of addictive classics, we look forward to releasing some of the most popular Atari arcade titles of all time to both nostalgic gamers and to a whole new generation of PlayStation® 3 and PSP™ players”
